AC Repairs
Our process is very simple.

Call the Micah Dean Foundation main line at
(623) 888-2422 before spending any money on any AC repairs.

Take the quotes list of repairs that the other company gave you and read that list to our phone representative so that they can give you an accurate "quote" over the phone instantly.

Take a picture of the other companies proposal and send it to
623-888-2422 so that we can make sure what we are quoting you is 100% accurate. If you can not send via phone, simply email us the proposal at

Receive our accurate and instant quote over the phone. Then simply book an appointment to have one of our representatives come to your home to make those repairs, most appointments are done same day, or at least within 24 hours of your phone call.
What to expect upon arrival
Your technician will arrive; he will take a few minutes to re-diagnose the issue you are having with your AC and Heating system and verify that the repairs that you were quoted are necessary to get your unit up and running again.
If the diagnosis is the same as what was discussed over the phone, the technician will proceed with the repairs at the price you were already quoted. If the technician diagnosed a different issue a representative from the foundation will call you and discus what the technician found.
If we can save you money we will most certainly do that but we will never make any repairs to your system that you did not authorize in advance.
All payments will be collected before any repairs are completed, with a card over the phone. No cash or checks should ever be given to any technician while on site. All payments should go through a foundation representative, this prevents “upselling” and makes sure we are all on the same page. Transparency is paramount in what we do as a non-profit organization.
