What to expect upon arrival
If your unit is older and the cost for repairs is too high, or if the manufacturer has stopped making the parts or refrigerant that your unit depends on, we will often recommend replacement over repairing your unit again.
Here at the Micah Dean Foundation, we take pride in doing our research as to which brands hold up best in our extreme heat and we have partnered with both Goodman and York to find you the best possible price on a new AC and Heating system.
Our process is very simple.

If someone has already quoted you for a replacement and you believe their price is too high, just call one of our representatives at
(623) 888-2422 for an instant quote over the phone.

Take a picture of your quote with your cell phone and send it over to (623) 888-2422 or email it to micahdeanfoundation@gmail.com so that we can be sure we are giving you an “Apples to Apples” comparison.

If you like our price we quoted you over the phone, we will then send a representative to your home to look your system over and prepare one of our installation teams for your install. If there are no surprises, we will email you over the same verbal quote we originally gave to you on your initial phone call.

A Micah Dean Foundation representative will reach back out to you over the phone and collect payment for your installation. We often ask for 50% down to secure all of the parts and equipment and secure your date for your install.

We schedule your installation date. Upon installation completion of your new AC and Heating system, a Micah Dean Foundation representative will call you back to secure the other half of your payment. The technicians in your home are not to collect any payments or discuss money with you, if they have an issue it will come to our office directly.

The HVAC company that installed your new AC and Heating system for you will register your equipment for you and send you an email with all of your warranty information.
